The Application, including all related trademarks, logos, software, and other intellectual property rights, remain the exclusive property of Hangzhou Xinglu Network Information Technology Co., Ltd. Your use of the Application is personal, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, and non-transferable. Any unauthorized copying, republication, or redistribution of the Application is strictly forbidden.

Disclaimer of Warranty

The Application and all its content are provided on an “As Is” and “As Available” basis. We do not guarantee the availability or usability of the Application for you.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any errors in the content or any actions taken based on it. Additionally, we are not responsible for any interception of online communications, software or hardware issues (including viruses, data loss, or compatibility conflicts).

Subscription

As a subscriber, you can manage your subscription via iTunes or on your iOS device after purchase. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription, but you can cancel even after deletion. The subscription auto-renews 24 hours before the current period ends, at the same price and for the same duration as the original subscription. You may terminate your membership anytime, but it will remain valid for the paid subscription period. Auto-renewable In-app purchase subscriptions can only be canceled using the App Store’s cancellation service. For further assistance, visit Apple Support. Subscription fees are listed in the mobile applications and may change from time to time at our discretion.

Miscellaneous

We reserve the right to amend these Terms of Use at our discretion. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes. Your continued use of the Application indicates your acceptance of any revised Terms.
